Caroline Lennon was born and raised in County Wicklow before moving to Bristol to attend the Old Vic Theatre School in 1991. Although she now lives in London to accommodate the demands of her career, Caroline often returns to Ireland to visit her family.
Her many film, theatre and television credits include Goneril in Brian Blessed's film version of King Lear, Joyriders at the Birmingham Rep, appearances in London's Burning and The 10%ers.
Caroline's Southern Irish accent is both warm and funny; you would want to spend all evening in conversation with her just to hear her voice.
Caroline is perhaps most famous as the voice of Siobhan Hathaway in The Archers. She has narrated a number of books for us, in particular several works by Sheila O'Flanagan.
